People and Culture Manager

Brief info

Beth is currently the People and Performance Manager at Habitat for Humanity Australia. Beth began her career in psychiatric care within the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), developing a strong foundation in person-centred care. In 2016, she relocated to Australia and joined the world's largest medical technology company, gaining experience across complex organisational environments. She subsequently transitioned into the not-for-profit sector, advocating for mental health, workforce wellbeing, and broader social impact. Most recently, Beth served as Impact Manager for an international training program focused on workplace psychological safety, driving initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing, engagement, and performance. Beth holds a postgraduate qualification in Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Essex.
