Position Title: Volunteer Operations Coordinator
Status: Full-time
Date: 23/01/2026
volunteer operations coordinator
Position Description
As the Volunteer Operations Coordinator, you’ll be supporting the growth and evolution of HFHA’s volunteering programs. This includes the Global Village international volunteering program and the domestic Brush with Kindness program, ensuring they deliver high-impact, transformative experiences for individuals, schools, and corporate supporters and corporate partners.
This role has a strong focus on systems and process improvement. You will manage and enhance the platforms that power our volunteer programs — including Salesforce, Rosterfy, and Raisely — driving improvements in efficiency, data quality, and volunteer experience. You will also facilitate cross-cultural collaboration and communication with global Habitat for Humanity partners to co-design volunteer experiences that are safe, ethical, and community-driven. You will play a central role in shaping how volunteers engage with international development, not just through construction work, but as advocates for safe shelter and long-term community resilience.
This is a unique opportunity for an operationally-minded professional who combines a passion for social impact with a talent for building scalable systems. You will work across both programs to strengthen the volunteer journey, support growth, and ensure our systems are set up to scale.

Location: Sydney (Haymarket) with hybrid work options available
