Position Description

This position supports the growth and engagement of HFHA's Corporate partners and other forms of corporate support such as Workplace Giving (WPG), fundraising and engagement experiences. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of mid-level corporate supporters, assist with key partnership accounts, and contribute to new business activity. The role offers excellent growth opportunities to gain experience across the full partnership lifecycle, including prospect research, pipeline development, support for strategic partners and one of Australia’s largest corporate volunteering programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and grow corporate partners and supporters – deliver excellent stewardship, communications, and recognition to strengthen relationships. 
  • Build and maintain pipelines – under the guidance of the manager, research prospects and contribute to cases for support that drive new and stronger partnerships. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting – manage Salesforce records and revenue reporting to demonstrate impact.   
  • Manage partnership agreements – track deliverables, oversee benefits and budgets, and ensure obligations are met. 
  • Grow and manage Workplace Giving – support the manager in overseeing the program and expanding participation. 
  • Deliver partner and donor events – coordinate logistics and stakeholder involvement to create meaningful engagement opportunities. 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Selection Criteria

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships (whether from partnerships, sales, events, or customer service). 
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities. 
  • 2-3 years in a Marketing, Fundraising, Events co-ordination or customer facing role. 
  • Confident using CRM systems and digital tools (Salesforce desirable). 
  • Comfortable working in a small team and keen to learn. 
  • Interest in social impact, housing and community development.

  • This role has minimal or no direct contact with vulnerable individuals but still require safeguarding compliance and training.
