Olivia Loadwick is a Partner at McKinsey & Company and is a leader in McKinsey’s Financial Services and Risk & Resilience Practices in Australia & New Zealand. Olivia serves banking, wealth management and insurance clients at the intersect of risk and customer outcomes across a range of topics including strategic growth, transformation, operating model, and risk and resilience.

In 2014 Olivia was awarded in the Westpac/Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence Awards and represented the Australian business community as part of the B20 Leaders’ Summit in Sydney. In 2015 she joined some of Australia’s most prominent business leaders to launch Australia’s first ‘Investment Bank-for-Purpose’, Adara Partners, as Corporate Advisory Director. The organisation provides advice to major corporate and government clients, with 100% of profits from client fees funding important health and education projects in developing countries. Olivia was previously Chairman of the Board of innovative micro-finance institution, Global Sisters, supporting women entrepreneurs in disadvantaged communities. Olivia was also previously Vice President of Women & Banking & Finance, an organisation contributing to enhancing the role of women in the financial services sector in Australia.

Olivia is the co-founder of the Glass Elevator, an initiative supported by Australia’s most prominent CEOs aimed at increasing the number of women in senior positions in business and in government.

Olivia has significant experience in international markets having lived and worked in China, South Korea, North America, the Middle East, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Olivia holds qualifications in international relations, international commerce and applied finance. She was valedictorian and University Medal awardee for both her undergraduate and post graduate degrees. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
