Kate has a background in management consulting working in both the US and Australia for the past decade. She specialised in non-financial risk management as an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co, supporting risk transformations at Australia's biggest banks. In 2021 Kate left management consulting to join Judo Bank as the Head of their Value Management Office.
