Chief Commercial Officer at SunDrive Solar

Brief info

Maia is the Chief Commercial Officer at SunDrive Solar, where she leads capital raising and customer and corporate affairs to scale SunDrive’s breakthrough solar technology.

Maia’s previous roles have also focused on reducing carbon emissions by developing green energy. At Fortescue, she led greenfield development of large-scale renewable energy and hydrogen projects in the western half of Australia, and before that Maia served as CEO of CleanCo Queensland, a Government-owned low-emissions electricity generation, trading, and retail entity. Maia began her career at McKinsey & Company, serving energy and resources clients on six continents, and trained as a geologist at Princeton, Caltech and Oxford.

Maia passionately believes that decarbonisation, human development and poverty eradication can and must progress in parallel and looks forward to contributing to the corporate advisory committee to support Habitat for Humanity Australia’s’ mission.
