The management of Habitat for Humanity Australia is led by our team of dedicated and passionate staff.

Nicole is passionate about ending poverty and has worked both in Australia and overseas championing this cause. For the last 10 years she has held senior positions at the Australian Council of Social Services (ACOSS) and at Good Return, an international development agency providing microfinance and financial literacy. Nicole is a lawyer by training, has an MBA from Cambridge University in the UK and is originally from Santiago, Chile.
Head of Fundraising
Dan is responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising campaigns for Individual Giving, Global Village and Communications teams using a range of channels including digital, direct mail, face-to-face and telephone. Dan has worked in fundraising for over 10 years for organisations such as UNICEF and The National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Head of International Programs
Chris leads our International Programs team in delivering program partnerships, technical services and strategic alliances to support poverty reduction programs across Asia and the Pacific, including multi-year projects focused on shelter, water and sanitation, urban programming and disaster risk reduction. He is a civil/environmental engineer with wide international academic and professional experience in projects, programs and policy across the public, private and non-profit sectors.
Head of Partnerships
Zoé is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing partners. She previously held roles in corporate fundraising with the Australian Cancer Research Foundation and in publishing sales with Hardie Grant Media.
Global Village Manager
Jesse is the Global Village Manager and is responsible for the longer-term strategy, program development, delivery of programs and projects and ensuring that the team is compliant with international and industry standards. Jesse has worked for 10 years in the Not for profit sector, working with leading agencies in marketing communications, events management and recruitment.
International Volunteer Coordinator
Allison works in the Global Village team and manages its schools and corporate builds. She previously worked for the United Nations Climate Change Secretariat in Bonn and in roles involving Executive Management assistance, conferencing and travel coordination.
Shri looks after our finance and accounts. He is also the link between all five Australian affiliates and Habitat for Humanity International for financial reporting. Prior to joining our team, Shri lead the finance department at Interpro Australia, an IT recruitment company.
Arvin is part of the Finance team. He performs the day to day transactional accounting processes and maintaining integrity with the reporting requirements. He also assists Global Village and Marketing teams with reconciliation of funds for events.
Lou’s role is to provide support and assistance to our wonderful donors and process all donations. She started with us as a volunteer and has worked on events such as our Gala Dinners and has participated in two Global Village builds in Nepal. Prior to joining our team, Lou traveled the world buying fabric for fashion designers.
Annie manages our Philanthropy program and is responsible for building meaningful relationships with our wonderful supporters, helping them realise their philanthropic intentions. Annie has over 10 years’ experience working for some of Australia’s largest charities such as Mission Australia and the National Heart Foundation.
Donor Care Administrator
Roshni manages our dedicated monthly donors known as HopeBuilders. She is responsible for processing donations and communicating with our donors.
Direct Marketing Manager
Arjuna manages the implementation & campaign creation of Habitat for Humanity’s multi-channel direct marketing & fundraising campaigns, supporting both acquisition & donor retention.
Her breadth of experience includes campaigning & activism, education programs, international development & community fundraising. She has previously held roles at Oxfam, National Breast Cancer Foundation and most recently White Ribbon Australia.
Monique is the Communications Manager and is responsible for our communications strategy, including our social media, digital marketing, advertising, content marketing and creative content production.
Monique’s passion for communication originates from her international upbringing being exposed to multiple cultures and languages. Her experience ranges from a Design & Arts degree from London, a Master of Commerce from Australia, and 7 years working in Digital Marketing and Creative Content Production.
