With the generous support of our new partner ANSA Homes, Habitat will be able to build a new home in the Asia Pacific for every home built by ANSA in Australia under our newly launched Home for a Home Campaign. During the first year of the partnership, commencing April 2018, Habitat plans to build 80 homes in Bangladesh, Cambodia and Vietnam.
Boral has been our Building Community Resilience partner since 2014. Together, we are strengthening vulnerable communities prone to natural disasters, particularly in communities where Boral operates. Boral also donates materials to build homes for families in Australia. Thanks to Boral’s support, we have been able to impact the lives of more than 4,000 families in need. Metricon Homes is helping us build, restore and repair homes for vulnerable families in Australia. Our new partnership will allow us to grow and engage with their skilled staff across the country ultimately securing better housing for those in need.
Hoyne are a brand and marketing agency, whose core focus is place and property. Since 2017, Hoyne has donated 100% of the proceeds from their book ‘The Place Economy’ Volume 1 & 2, raising over $70,000 to help us build homes across the Asia and the Pacific.
The SMEC Foundation
The SMEC Foundation has been a strong supporter of our international programs, helping us to respond to natural disasters in Vanuatu, Fiji, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. They also support our housing and water sanitation projects in Vietnam and Myanmar.
Arup has been working with us for more than 12 years in Australia and abroad to build stronger communities. Arup provides donations, advice and assistance in the construction of simple, affordable homes in sustainable communities
We receive support from Australian Aid through the Australian NGO cooperation Program (ANCP) and Civil Society WASH Fund (CSWASH). This enables us to implement impactful projects that support community-led development
Communities for Communities
Communities for Communities has been a long-time, key supporter of our international development program. Communities for Communities have supported our work and sent teams of volunteers to Indonesia and Fiji.
