Philip oversees bushfire resilience projects in the Blue Mountains. Previously a journalist, in 2008 he joined the United Nations Volunteers headquarters in Germany and in 2012 was posted to Cambodia. After the UN he worked with non-profits in Cambodia on disaster risk reduction and water and sanitation projects, moving to Australia in 2016 where he has worked at Vinnies and MSF.
